Does the BBC broadcast propaganda?

I'm teaching myself to make podcasts. Like many things this is harder than I thought but I like learning stuff and the way I force myself to get on with it is to share what I'm doing. This morning I put together a podcast that chops up a BBC news bulletin. This is a cunning plan as I get to see how the BBC constructed a segment of audio whilst I try and construct mine. I have a long way to go. Give it a listen and let me know what you think.

I think I may have a hidden stutter. It can come across as ponderous but when I look at the wave form I can see my in breath followed by a long pause where I just can't start the next word. Sometimes I cover it by excessive umming.
